    Best posole ever!!! I varied a little bit.
    1used leftover roasted duck carcass, meat pieces separated from body. Boiled it in 2 quarts organic vege broth
    2 added 1 cup wild rice (dont add too much, it will thicken to stew consistency
    3used turkey bacon...i know sacrilegious

    could not find smoked duck, so I used smoked pork chops instead. What a delicious flavor . I will make it again, Maybe try harder to find the duck. The white hominy I found in a can made by goya, worked very well
