I love this recipe! I also sauteed some onions, red bell pepper and corn and added it to the mixture before I baked it. Then topped it off with ritz cracker crumbs tossed in some melted butter. Absolutely delicious!!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I substitute fat free half-and-half for milk in this recipe and add cooked cubed ham to the sauce just before baking. I also double the recipe every time, or I would never have leftovers. By far, this is the recipe that the family asks for the most.

Great Mac n Cheese. Easy to make and trust me there will be no left overs.

This is always great. My family loves this, even my picky 5 year old. I have made this twice, the second time I used cheese I had in the fridge and it was still delicious! A+

I doubled the recipe as well for a crowd. I also used some red pepper flake, garlic, and Cajun seasoning to add some extra spice...

It tasted so good that we decided to add some chopped parsley and crawfish to the mix as well. Topped it with melted butter, finely chopped parsley and Panko breadcrumbs...

This was a HIT in our kitchen this afternoon!

This was a great change of pace from 'typical' mac & cheese. I doubled the recipe to feed a group and everyone loved it. The only addition I made was I added 2 c. of finely shredded sharp cheddar to make it even cheesier!
