    This turns out very good by itself or you can add your own twist like bacon, peas, or green onion. Trust me you'll like it.

    These mashed potatoes were great, a special way to dress up an everday favorite! (They thicken really fast so be ready to eat as soon as they're done.

    I used red new potatoes in this recipe, for this is the second Thanksgiving and they are wonderful...This year I put just a hint of the cheese in...I love it both ways!

    This needs garlic to kick up the flavor. And I used Yukon Gold potatoes that may have been too glutenous.
