I had a hubbie and six kids waiting for dinner. We all loved the salmon and veggies(I grilled some chicken breasts for the non-fish eaters The only problem I had was it was a bit too time-consuming for every day. I must have done something wrong with the dill sauce as it didnt really thicken. But everyone loved the flavors.Thanks much!!

I made the essence from the recipe and used as instructed and it was way to salty. Also the cakes were too loose. I had a hard time getting them to stay together.

Very good overall, but I would reduce half the amount of lemon juice the next time.
