We made this just like the recipe except used a leftover grilled salmon chunk, which worked great. This salad is very rich and the bacon makes for a nice texture.

My 4 children weren't thrilled at all and they do like salad, but the adults liked it. I did use tuna instead of the salmon for the kids.

Imade this recipe for dinner one night, and my husband told me to thank
Emeril himself. The combination of the blue chees and the salmon was to die for.I did feel there was a little too muck olive oil in the dressing. I added 1 cup instead of 1 and a half.

This recipe was easy, a little to salty for our taste but my family loved it. I left off the bacon and used a little more garlic in the dressing.
