Great, hearty soup! Easy to make and quite tasty, i used turkey chorizo to make it a little healthier, this is a keeper!

Very tasty and satisfying. We enjoyed homemade croutons on top. Thanks Emeril!

Goods but a little spicy and very greasy. I dumped as much grease as I could before adding tomatoes, but still greasy. Probably won't make again with choriso.

Awesome soup but I used smoked sausage so didn't need any salt.

Wonderful, easy soup, especially good for winter. It keeps well as left-overs and reheats well - sometimes a little more chicken stock to remoisten everything helps. Great with some good sourdough bread for dipping.

This soup was very tasty, but I did cut back a little on the salt.

This soup was fantastic. Probably one of the easiest recipes to make, I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Emeril!

This is a winner. Very tasty and easy to make. I know this one will be made often at my house.
