Big hit! made it for the family and couldn't stop hearing the praises. Perfect amount of spice and kick. Also added scallops worked out perfectly.

Just made this and it's great! I added sliced red pepper when sautéing the onion and garlic and then added fresh baby spinach when putting the pasta and shrimp in the sauce. Yummy and looks great too!

Delicious, decadent, amazing! I followed the recipe exactly because I had never made it before and wanted to try it the way it was written. It does NOT disappoint! It is extremely filling and rich and not something you want to have often, but it is definitely worth the effort. Just out of curiosity, I calculated the calories and it works out at around 1054 calories and 73 grams of fat per serving at 6 servings. Just make it and enjoy it because it is THAT good, and maybe take a walk after dinner!

Okay this was good! The only thing I would change is to add a whole medium or large onion... I found it a little too salty for my taste but if you add another half of onion it will balance it out... Delicious.

OMG!!!! I loved it! The creamy sauce and shrimp was the best part. My boyfriend loved the spices. He wants me to add muscles or scallops next time. This is the best dish I ever made!

Very good, I made this for a dinner party and it was eaten up! I used half and half and half the butter for this recipe, it just seemed to much and instead of shrimp I used chicken since I had my son I don't like shrimp anymore. But very good I totally recommend this recipe!

I found this dish to be easy to make and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!The first time I made it I followed the receipe and found it a little to salty. My family had no problems with the spice but the next few times that I made the dish I cut out the salt and 3 tablespoons of the Essence and its Perfect!!!! If you do all your prep ahead of time the dish will only take you about 30 minutes to cook.

My husband just loved this dish and he is not a pasta fan at all. I omitted the sausage and also used half & half, however everything else stayed the same. I also make my own pasta with this and the sauce sticks to the noodles better. Love the spice!

So much flavor and heat! I toned it down and only put 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes & 3 tablespoons of Emeril's Esssence and it still had a plenty of heat. I also used half and half to cut fat & calories and it was still rich and full of flavor. Tonight I'm going to use just milk and see how it tastes. Sadly to say I didn't have any andouille sausage but it was plenty filling without it! You can use chicken instead of shrimp or just have the pasta without the meat. I also love Emeril's Essence and use it in my recipes all the time. I Love this recipe!

Great taste. I used chicken breast instead of shrimp and it worked well. Next time I'll spice it down a little for the kids.
