My wife made this dish, and it is simply amazing. A little spicy, but I love the heat. I highly recommend this recipe.

This recipe is so delicious! I don't eat sausage, so I left out the andouille and had run out of red pepper flakes so I left those out as well. It was still plenty spicy, and my husband and I love spicy food. It's also really good substituting crawfish for shrimp. Definitely a hit in my house.

BAM!!! I love this recipe. The creamy, garlicy, spicy sauce is what my taste buds were asking for.I used the chorizo w/o the casing and it worked well. I was a little heavy on the cayenne pepper. I will relax on the cayenne next time so that my wife and kids can enjoy. Thanks for cajun pasta dish. I will use this recipe again.

Excellent recipe. I have made this dish about 4 or 5 times, and each time it has been a hit. Nice and creamy, very flavorful with a nice kick to it. The only con, in my opinion, is the fact that the sauce is a little thin. But other than that, I LOVE this dish.

Absolutely delicious! You may want to include Pepto Bismol as a last ingredient though.
