I found some Hershey Pumpkin Spice kisses. I made these cookies and put an unwrapped kiss in each, as soon as I pulled them out of the oven. They are awesome. Next time, I am going to roll them in a sugar/ pumpkin spice blend (instead of cinnamon.

So easy to make and tasty. The only suggestion is to add more cinnamon. But otherwise wouldn't change a thing!

Pretty good. Added a quarter tsp. vanilla and used 1/4 cup of butter in lieu of shortening. Just barely mixed the ingredients together with the blender and didn't need to flatten them as they flattened on their own. They turned out huge and with almost a one inch dome. I baked these in 3 pans. The first pan stayed in for 12 minutes. They didn't turn light brown at all, but didn't burn. They were only pretty good. The next batch baked 10-11 minutes and was better. The last batch baked only 9 minutes and came out with the middle juuuust baked and almost melty. These were absolutely great. They rose super high and are impressively sized. I got 21 cookies, so the directions are good as long as you make 1.5 inch balls as directed. More than 2 of these is a meal.

These were the best. My family unanimously agreed that they melt in your mouth.

These are the best cookies I have ever made from scratch. They were just the right chewiness, with a melt-in-your mouth finish. the best part is, I didn't have to follow the recipe exactly and I still got amazing results. I substituted extra virgin olive oil for shortening, and mixed it up with the margarine by hand, not bothering to whisk it until it was fluffy. I mixed in the sugar and didn't whisk that either, and I used pumpkin pie spice blend instead of cinnamon to roll the dough in. the cookies are absolutely amazing, and it is impossible to eat just one. I'll definitely be making them again

These are best straight out of the oven (of course but they are still yummy the next day, if there are any left.
