I only made the cake part of this recipe and used it for another concoction, so perhaps I should have rated it with 4 starts instead of 5, but the cake is absolutely perfect! Fluffy but moist, not too sweet, the taste is creamy and just very mildly tart. Just what I was looking for: Oh, and I didn't use a spring form pan for this because I wanted to use a small hexagon pan that I have. I just made sure to spray the pan really well with baking spray, put parchment at the bottom and spray again and it came out beautifully.
