    Once you try this, you will never want to make "just chili". I've made it now 3 times. I tried poblanos since NM chilis were not around in FL. Just an excellent recipe. This time I added some leftover roasted red peppers, excellent!

    This is the best chili recipe. I add corn to mine and instead of the salad, I serve it with the scoop shaped corn chips. My boys gobble this one up and will call friends and invite them over. "my mom made that chili again!" Use lots of sour cream, and definitely double the recipe. Thanks Emeril!
