This is my number one recipe when the girls get togther. I make a lime-chipotle mayo to go with them that adds a little more heat.

These burgers were so great! I made them full sized out of half of the recipe. The seasoning is so flavorful but not too overpowering or spicy. The avocado is great to cool off some of the heat. I can't think of any way to make these better, except try with the poblano peppers

It's just my husband and I so we don't make sliders. We make full size burgers out of half the recipe. We cook them using our inside grill and they come out perfect every time! We love the recipe and it keeps us eating healthier.

My husband doesn't like ground turkey, but he loved these. Another great recipe from Emeril! We didn't have any pablano peppers so we just did without and they were still good.

I loved the small size of these burgers for serving as apps in front of the tv (only for sunday night football : , and I think they stayed more moist at that size. I kicked up the seasoning a bit since I only had 1.25 lbs of turkey meat and that was fine. I subbed shallot for red onion and jalapeno for the seranos. Also did not use buns and for topping served guac, cilantro, and trader joe's tomatoe chutney which was actually the perfect touch.

I made these for a cocktail party (borrowed Bobby Flay's chipotle mayonnaise recipe and they were a big hit. Tended to stick to my grill - next time will oil the grill surface. Added cheese to the turkey mix to incorporate the flavors more.
