    i only gave this recipe 3 stars bcause the meatballs r absolutely amazing but the sauce is a little spicy

    I've been searching for a REALLY good meatball recipe for quite some time, and these are as close to my favorite Italian restaurant's meatballs as it's gonna get. I've made them numerous times and they are soooo tasty. Thanks Emeril

    I tried this last night, and it was awesome. However, the meatballs were a little tougher than what I am used to. Any suggestions on what I can do to make them more moist? Maybe add a little milk?

    I was looking for a sauce that was a littler different and this recipe delivered. The red pepper added just the right amount of flavor and spice. Meatballs came out great, too. I will definately add this to my rotation.

    Everytime I want to make spaghetti, this is the recipe that I use. My kids and family love it. It is very delicious and I never end up wanting any other spaghetti, but this one! Thank you Emril because this is absolutely fantastic! When I make the meatballs, it's superb!

    I've made this dish several times now and have gotten TONS of compliments on how great the meatballs taste and how "fluffy" they are (not hard like many can be. Honestly, I'm not a meatball fan, but love these and that's saying A LOT! Thanks Emeril!

    a recipe I turn to time and time again. Love the simplicity of cooking the meatballs in the marinara. I substituted buffalo meat and only had to adjust time slightly due to leanness of meat. This is a favorite in my home. Whenever I make this my husband's friends seem to materialize immediately. Any leftovers I like to chop and bake with noodles in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. Dust with baked bread crumbs prior to reheating is also an alternative. I did not use sauce recipe, simply use quality sauce and canned diced tomatoes with two tablespoons garlic mixed in.

    This sauce is the best! I have never made sauce from scratch and after tasting this recipe, I will never buy sauce from the jar again. I tell all of my friends about this recipe. It is delicious!
    I will say, I was not a fan of the meatballs; however, the sauce is incredible.

    The recipe was very good. I made the full recipe, but made the meatballs with turkey instead of beef and doubled the recipe. Made with my 12 year old sons and they loved it.

    Delicious! Bravo Emeril! Encore! Even if one doesn't have all of the exact ingredients, this is still the best recipe ever for this dish.
