    I made this for my (Italian mother today. We loved it. I added a little butter (1 TB and squeezed a half lemon into the sauce. Will make this recipe again for sure.

    I made this super easy dinner for my mother and sister last night. It was by far the easiest, most eloquent meal ever! It was light, filling and extremely flavorful!! They even said it would be something they would pay for in a restaurant. Thanks Emeril for making me look so good! :
