I used 3 cups of Spanish Cider, or woodchuck (it is Cider Beer. I also added 2 turns around the pan of Agave Syrup and the juice of 1 lime

I don't know if the chorizo was just too greasy, but there was a lot of grease in this meal. It gave me a stomachache after. The flavor wasn't too bad, but the meat was too mushy.
