    Always make this ham recipe for Christmas dinner, always a hit! Friends and relatives comment through out the year about this ham. Try it you'll love it.

    since i have been eating this for several years i thought I'd finally rate it! Family members who dont like ham, love this ham. Family members who do not like sweet potato love these sweeet potato. family members who do not like horseradish love this ham. It is really that good!

    I have used this recipe for about 5 or 6 years now. I can sum this recipe up in four words, PEOPLE RAVE ABOUT IT!!! I added a small can of pineapple juice to the mix along with the OJ. I have also cut out the oj and just added the pineapple juice. The best way is with both juices, in either case people love it. I am going to try canned sweet potatoes this year, added a bit later in the cooking process and see how that works. I have wanted to try to cook without the sweet potatoes and will try that at xmas time. Enjoy and thanks Emeril.

    I have made a baked ham several times and used various glazes, but this spiced marinade and glaze is the best. Our guest could not stop eating this delicious ham. It is definately several notches up from all the others. Bam, bam, baam.
