This is my number1 shrimp recipe. Im allergic to shellfish so my family are my taste testers. Its hard to make a recipe without tasting it but this is the one I can always go to to WOW people. Its always asked for. A lot of ingredients but well worth it.

The black bean relish is awesome. I make it to accompany Sandra Lee's Margarita Chicken!

Excellent - restaurant quality (or better!. Made according to recipe except didnt have any cilantro on-hand. Fabulous recipe. Used frozen shrimp that was deveined but shell left on (split down back. Left in marinade for about 20 minutes and grilled with shell on - GREAT IDEA. Completely protected the shrimp from getting tough or overcooked due to flare-ups. Will use again and again and again. Plan to try this marinade on chicken and grill it.

Very spicy but balanced perfectly with the honey.

I love to drizzle the marinade over a few vegetable skewers, in addition to the shrimp skewers. I kick up the spice and add two different kinds of paprika.

I hate grilled shrimp, I have always had to have my shrimp battered and deep fried. But were trying to eat healthy. These shrimp made a believer out of me. They are pure flavor heaven!

I have made these shrimp multiple times and always to rave reviews. Also delicious over pasta in a alfredo sauce.

Any one can make this recipe! Its easy, quick and and its the best tasting! I made this for a BBQ/Pool Party and then again as an appetizer dish for a large dinner party. Everybody loved it and asked for seconds plus!!! I added the black bean relish on a crostini and topped it off with a large shrimp.

My husband praised this dish all through dinner and even some time after. He called it, hands down, the best shrimp he'd ever eaten! My husband's favorite flavor is "Cajun" so I knew these would be a big hit with him (I was right. I, however, am not the biggest fan of spicy food and this was just slightly too spicy for me. Even so, there is no denying that this shrimp is packed with wonderful flavor! This one is a keeper!
