    Excellent recipe! I don't bother skewering the shrimp, I just put them in a grill pan and serve them with fancy toothpicks, they're a big hit! Emeril's recipes rock....

    I started using this recipe about 5 months ago. I have to cook it at least twice a month for my husband or friends who have been over and had it. Great recipe!

    Hands down my favorite recipe for shrimp. Everyone likes it...if you don't like it too spicy, leave out the jalapeno, it works just as well. I'm going to try it with the pineapple tonight, as one reviewer mentioned.

    All the reviewers were right. This was FANTASTIC. I didn't make the black bean relish... just the shrimp skewers. It was hard to image what they would be like from the recipe, and I'm here to tell you that the answer is DIVINE... moist, carmelized but not burned and tasty as all get out.

    The black bean relish is fabulous. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Best of all its amazingly easy to prepare!!

    This was so simple and there is so much flavor in every bite. I even put the marinade on chicken breasts and barbqued them with the shrimp YUMMY
