    My friend graduated with her BSN and asked me to come cook for her and her family and looked for a quick and easy meal. It was a great meal that went over very well.

    These shrimp were pretty tasty. I didn't make the Black Bean Relish, but I think that would have made it a lot better.

    Absolutely delicious! I also used it to marinate lobster tails. You can cut back on the paprika if you don't want it too hot, but the recipe is superb. You can also use fresh thyme rather than the powder.

    I served this for some dinner guest and it went over very well. The falvor was out of this world! I will use this recipe again and again.

    I have to admit that I usually don't like Emeril's recipes but this one got me! It was a HUGE crowd pleaser and I got a bunch of requests for the recipe. It sounds like it would be very spicy but it really wasn't too much even for the delicate palates.

    I am a novice cook and I took a chance on this one. My wife and I get recipies from various places and usually they do not turn out as expected, but this is a WONDERFUL recipe. These are grrrrrreat shrimp.
