I made both the shrimp and the relish. Not only are the dishes easy to make and taste outstanding, they go great together! What a nice light summer dish. The relish is even better the next day. One recommendation, however, use a little less oil in the bean relish and a little more lime. This will be made again and again! So easy!

This recipe was delicious and easy. The shrimp was just as good cold the next day. Wonderful recipe if you like grilled shrimp.

Grilled these up last night and oh my were they good! I think I could happily eat these for dinner every night without getting tired of them.

We made only the shrimp portion w/o the black bean relish and it was wonderful. For best results, use larger uncooked shrimp from the market.

I made the shrimp, and they were good, but I think they would of been better with large shrimp. I had medium ones, large would of worked the best. I substituted Black beans with Pinto beans because that's what I had and they turned out terrific!
