    I am personally not a huge fan of mushrooms but I loved these. I used portabella mushroom caps instead of the smaller mushrooms ~ the filling was more than enough for 4 large caps, so I added some cream cheese and sour cream to the remainders and served it as a dip. To amp up the heat, I used a mixture of pickled jalapenos and pickled habaneros. I will DEFINITELY make these time and time again. They were a huge hit.

    My family and I loved these!! I will definitely make these again in the future; however, next time I'll double the hot sauce. I'm latin and love spicy food. These were not that spicy to me but nonetheless were very yummy!! :

    These were so good, the spice added a different taste than most of the stuffed mushrooms I have ever had...loved the jalepeno! they were much better than a lot of the bland stuffed shrooms I have ordered at a lot of restaurants...now we would rather stay home for these! I doubled the stuffing recipe and stuffed some baby bellas for the kids and thier friends and they gobbled them up just as quick...very good!
