Everyone loved the dish last Christmas, and they can't wait for me to make them again!

I made Emeril's stuffed mushrooms for my boyfriend (and kicked up the spices just to make sure they were bold enough---we both absolutely loved them! Unless you are making appetizers for a party, I would halve the recipe. And FYI, the filling tastes great on crackers too.

These were good! They were a little diffent taste than I was looking for but the crowd I made them for loved them! They are good. Next time I would top them with cheese!

I live on Maryland's Eastern shore so blue crab is a big part of our menu. This is an easy way to use crab for a crowd. Since crabmeat is a delicate flavor I would suggest less pickle jalapenos so you taste the crabmeat not just the hot. For looks and a tiny kick I sprinkled mine with Emeril's Cajuan Blast seasoning just before I put them in the oven.

These crab stuffed mushrooms have been a smash hit every time I have served them. I really dislike Jalapenos so I substituted fresno peppers. They have a little more kick and are an enhancing flavor as opposed to the Jalapenos dominating flavor.

These are awesome, you could use just the crab stuffing alone. The flavor is great!! I used medium hot banana peppers and it was great that way too!! Go Emeril!!

I adored this recipe! I did alter the amount of jalapeno by reducing it by half - this was the only change. If I had not, I would have been the only one eating! Half was plenty.

I made these easy stuffed mushrooms last night, they were a hit with my husband, we are even going to use the stuffing recipe for stuffed crab or lobster. I love stuffed mushrooms but these are by far the best I have ever had!!

These are even better, and easier, than Emeril's Crabmeat Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps. So spicy, delicious, and easy to make and serve. Another great recipe with fabulous, tasty results.
