This is definitely the best potato salad I have ever made. I did have some changes, just because I didn't have all the stuff on hand. Instead of the yukon gold potatoes, I used red potatoes. Instead of buttermilk I used 1/2 TBS of melted butter and 2 TBS of milk. I also used dried dill instead of fresh. It still came out great, my fiance loved it too. Thanks Emeril!

Wow! This recipe is sooooo very yummy! I made a few substitutions such as dill pickles from the jar, red potatoes instead of yukon, and dry dill due to convenience and the fact that my local grocery was out of fresh dill, but all in all, I truly don't think this recipe could get any better! Wow!

I fried about 8 bacon strips and crumbled it in. It was a hit. I'm going to make it again with an added aamount of mustard.

I'm always on the lookout for a way to add a bit of fresh dill to dishes. This is a good recipe; easy to make and full of flavor.
