My brother and I had a "cookoff" to see which ribs my family preferred. These ribs WON the cookoff. They are FULL of flavor and keep you coming back for more. I never really tasted ribs I liked until I tried these. Thanks Emeril!!!

I watched Emeril make this on his show and decided to try it. I have shied away from ribs for years. This is wonderful. We had company and they loved them. They had never had ribs so tender. I like the fact you can do them in the oven and broiler. I have extra glaze which I plan to use on using on chicken breasts.
