This has been my go-to Thanksgiving mirliton recipe for several years. It's very close to the traditional recipes that most New Orleanians use, but uses less bread crumb. That allows the dish to taste lighter and really showcases the mirlitons. Thanks, Emeril!

Until now I had always cooked the mirlitons stuffed with meat. Emerii's recipe with the shrimp stuffing is great, and so tasty!
