I 'm Thai Chef...I just want to tell about original taste of Thai Green Papaya Salad ( Som Tum .. that should be " 1.salty,2.sour ,3.sweet,4.spicy "
and you should to add some ..cook shrimp.. that make more Yumm..

I made this for a party and it was a HUGE success! I made double the recipe which was easy to do. The hardest part was julienning the papaya and the carrots! I will definitely make this again.
