- 2 pounds ahi, diced
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup crabmeat
- Aloha Shoyu, to taste
- 1 bottle shichimi pepper, to taste
- Sambal, to taste
- Sesame oil, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- Taro rolls (recommended: Ani's Bakery)
- Micro greens, for garnish, optional
In a mixing bowl, combine ahi, onion, green onion and crabmeat with shoyu, shichimi, sambal, to taste, and sesame oil. Fold in mayonnaise and mix until combined well. Chill mixture until ready to use.
To serve, place poke mixture in taro roll topped with micro greens of your choice.
