From a spinach artichoke dip addict, this is hands down the BEST artichoke spinach dip I have ever had. The addition of brie makes the flavor rich and complex (even if you don't like brie.. This is decadent, rich, and loaded with flavor. I have made this with and without bacon (better with bacon, of course, but it was missing something. The next time I made it without bacon I added two teaspoons of worcestershire sauce and that gave it the saltiness and depth that it was missing. I would give this recipe ten stars if I could. Definitely a keeper.

I make this every year for either Thanksgiving or Xmas. My family expects it and looks forward to having it, it's so good! There's so much flavor, this is a very rich and indulgent appetizer. Definitely one of our all-time favorites.
By the way, we've never added bacon, it doesn't need it.

This is incredible. I make it once a month. I double the cayenne and skip the bacon. Everyone that's tasted it has loved it.

It was good! The one thing that i would change would be to skip the bacon! Don't need that! And instead of brie i used 1 package of cream cheese! 8oz!

Best spinach & artichoke dip ever! The only changes I made was doubling the cayenne (I like some spice and using prosciutto instead of bacon because it was all I had. This one's a keeper.

Amazing! I didn't have Brie so I used cream cheese instead. That's the only change I made from the original recipe. Wow, I can't believe how delicious this turned out. Great for family gatherings and parties.

This is a great recipe I have been making it for years and my family loves it. I tend to add a little more cheesy and its great. You have to be careful with some chips they may be to salty we make sure we get unsalted ones or the Mission Tortillas they work great. This dip has become a staple in our family parties! Highly recommend it!

I loved this recipe! I am not a big fan of brie so I substituted cream cheese. It was absolutely amazing! I would recommend pieces of french bread for dipping, as it made the dip taste more flavorful. The chips were too salty in my opinion.
