    whenever i make this dip, everyone stuffs themselves. if the portions from the recipe are followed, the result can feed about 20-- not 6 to 8

    This recipe is SO awesome. I decided to get creative & served it over linguini~it was SUPERB! My family RAVED about it. I even threw the pasta and the sauce in the blender for my 9 month old son & he gobbled it up and wanted MORE!

    Maybe cut back on the cayenne pepper and cheeses. It was a little soupy. Otherwise it was delicious.

    This dish has been requested everytime there is a potluck which in my family is at least once a month. It is the best spinach dip I've ever had!
