    One of the best lasagna's I've ever made. Everyone loved it. I added some ground beef and italian sausage to a layer and it was so WONDERFUL!

    Very similar to one of my lasagna recipes. I do use ricotta in
    my filling usually along with the other cheeses. I also use
    this filling in my cannelloni, manicotti, lg shells; as well
    as to stuff veggies. The additon of nutmeg is the the'secret'
    to an authentic Bechamel! This recipe is very versatile. Bravo
    Emeril - good Italian recipe!

    Delicious and very easy to make. I cheated because i used noodles that dont need to be precooked, i just adjusted the cooking time.

    A real crowd pleaser! Don't hesitate to add the nutmeg. It really adds a great taste but not a nutmeg-y taste

    I have made many different types of lasagnas and by far, this is my favorite. I have made at least four times since the show aired and my family and friends are in awe!! What a find!!
