Great idea to do with the kids. About to start my second batch on this snowy day. Got a bag or organic spinach from my CSA and away we go!

I found I could easily add my whole 10 oz. package of organic spinach, and the result was heavenly. I did need to add about 2 T. of water to the machine while running to get the dough to form correctly. Once it did, the dough was incredibly easy to work with and tastes great.
