Amazing! I even made it once only with spinach (no shrimp, no artichokes and it was still delicious!!

I made this for a party and not a drop was leftover! I had multiple requests for the recipe. It would be wonderful over pasta.

This recipe was delish!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my family absolutely loved this recipe! I followed the recipe to the T, except for I seasoned the shrimp with Season All and paprika and mixed in some parmesean like a viewer suggested. The bacon should not be omited, it added just the perfect amount of salt. I will definitely try again!

This is far and away the best spinach and artichoke dip recipe I've found. The only change I made was to spice it up a bit with Tabasco and spinkle Emeril's Essence on the shrimp before I roasted them.

I made this for a large crowd and thought it was to runny. I might add a few eggs and make it into a quiche. Not a lot of taste. I will tweek it the next time.

For Mothers day i had a seafood theme. This was the talk of the party. The shrimp was a nice suprise and went perfct with the seafood. I tweek the recipe the second batch i used 2 1/2 packs of spinach added lemon peper, and ditched the bacon. The bacon could be over powering with some scoops.
