First, this is not really a dip (you need a spoon to serve. Second, it was boring. Too much work for so little taste. And I roasted the shrimp Barefoot Contessa and used the best cheeses. Waste of ingredients and time. Don't bother.

Made this for a birthday party as well as for a wine tasting and it was amazing for both. All night people kept coming up and saying that it was the best spinach dip they had ever tasted. I've made it a few other times since and have made some changes here and there, but the biggest thing is how you cook the shrimp. The best way I've found so far is to cook the shrimp using a cajun shrimp and crawfish recipe I have that adds a ton of flavor.

We made this for the 4th of July and it turned out to be the hit of the party! We made only a few slight modifications in that we used Pepper Jack instead of Monterey Jack; Siracha sauce instead of Cayenne pepper. We roasted the Shrimp with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper and garlic (Barefoot Contessa before chopping and putting in the dip and finally, mixed the Parmesan cheese into the dip and topped with more before baking. IT MAKES A LOT! At first I was afraid we'd have a lot left over and then I was afraid we'd have none left!

We had a little bit left and my husband used some of it for a fritata - yum! (This would probably taste good in a baked potato

Suggestions: Unless you put about 2 pounds of shrimp in it, you really don't taste it. I would suggest crab next time or a mixture of both (maybe even scallops. Also, serving with toasted, sliced baguettes would be great.

This was awesome. I hosted an adult game party/dinner and this was an appetizer and let me tell you this was a hit. Of course I had to add just a little more salt and pepper, but the seasons flowed soooooooooo well together. This is not a throw together dip it requires time, but so worth it.

I made this for a housewarming party. It was easy and a big hit. We really did not taste the shrimp and if I make it again will omit. I served it with homemade baked baguettes, spread with garlic butter and asigo cheese. There were no leftovers!

I have taken this dish to two different parties and everytime people are begging for the reciepe. It may seem like alot of ingredients, but it is well worth it!

This is the best and easiest dip ever. We found that the flavors mixed a lot more if we let it sit overnight.

This was a great dip! Everyone loved it! For ease and expense I used already cooked salad size shrimp, no cooking or cutting. Was still great.
