Wonderful. Incredible flavor, and very healthy. I made only one substitution - I couldn't find fresh marjoram so I substituted dried. This is now my go-to salmon recipe, and I'll be making it tonight!

Thought it came together very easily and was delicious. Thinking about making it for entertaining. Could make the vinaigrette ahead of time and cook the salmon off early and only steam the bok choy right before serving. Used bok choy from my garden and it is difficult to clean and keep the bulbs whole.

We had this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful! The tomatoes were deliciously caramelized and worked amazingly with the salmon and bok choy. This was a really tasty and light dish - I'll definitely be making this again!

I just finished eating this and it was delicious! Instead of broiling the salmon in a separate dish, I slightly undercooked the tomatoes, threw the salmon in with them and put it back in the oven until done. Turned out moist and flavorful! Give this recipe a try, even if you're not the best cook!

This was my first time cooking salmon and it turned out beautifully. I ended up pan-frying the fish, since my oven isn't very trustworthy and it worked fine. The tomato and lemon vinaigrette is awesome and so easy to prepare! Definitely a keeper and will make again.

I love Salmon, but this simple, and elegant salmon is a wonderful, light, quick meal with a burst of herb & citrus flavor without covering the taste of good fresh salmon!! One of the best salmon recipes I've tried recently!! I will definately make it again and again!

Easy to make and delicious, but I used arugula instead of bok choy which i"m not fond of.

This recipe was the best thing that has ever happened to salmon. It was a very quick and simple meal that turned out very gourmet. My husband and guests were amazed at the presentation and the flavor. My husband hates fresh tomatos and loved them in this recipe. The salmon was the best I have ever made.
