    I watched the episode when Emeril prepared this dish. As I recall, he added oyster sauce to the recipe, but I have no recollection of black vinegar as an ingredient.

    Can someone verify this, as I would like to prepare this dish?

    make sure you dont over cook the beef, the sauce that is made for this is DELISH

    This recipe had great flavor. I added some snow peas and red peppers a minute or two prior to adding the sauce and broccoli. I also added orange flavored olive oil and sesame oil prior to stir frying the steak.
