Amazing, just made this and it turn out great. I followed the recommendation of another reviewer I let the syrup cool down and added the strawberry puree to it, then strained it. Thanks food network.

So delicious, and it's even better when when you let it chill in the refrigerator overnight! I followed the directions in the recipe and I loved the result. However, as suggested in an earlier comment, next time I would strain not only the syrup but the strawberry puree as well, in order to get a more liquid lemonade. Enjoy!

SOOOOOO GOOD!! The perfect Strawberry lemonade! I substituted the club soda with ice water for a non-sparkling version, and it was delish! This is THE recipe that I was looking for! Thanks Emeril!

Ahhhhmazing! I made this for Easter, and my family drank it up. It would be fabulous as a cocktail base too--little vodka or rum.

I always need to make at least 3 batches of this, my friends love it for parties and I never seem to have enough! Some tips I've learned from making the recipe over and over: Each lemon, hand squeezed, only yields about 1/4c of juice maximum, so make sure you have plenty of lemons and be prepared to do lots of squeezing! Also, the simple syrup takes a while to cool completely, so I usually pour it into another container which is in an ice bath to cool it down faster before adding the strawberry puree.
All in all this is a delicious recipe that never fails to please!
