    very good and super easy to make. the combination of the citrus in the cream cheese with the strawberries and the jam and the ice cream .... a wonderfully light and playful adventure for the taste buds! we don't like apricots so i used mango jam and it was superb. yummy

    The orange flavor of the cream cheese layer complements the strawberries wonderfully, and it wasn't difficult to make at all. I made this recipe to use a bumper crop of home grown strawberries. Because the strawberries are small, I used them whole. I used strawberry jam for the glaze since I made some jam the week before. I look forward to making this many times.

    This is a fresh, light tasting dessert that I wowed my family with, especially since I used a key lime flavored honey for the glaze...Wow!
