    It is hard to find a good stromboli in today's world. Everybody seems to think it is the same thing as calzone. I remember my Father making this for me and I loved the rolled texture !! I love this recipe and will make it a regular !! Thanks Emeril !!!

    perfect filling. I used a different dough recipe. Make sure you add that jalapeno, it gave subtle little tweak

    I know this was a dough recipe, but I bought frozen pizza dough to speed things up.
    very good
    the first time I messed it up a little, but the second time I did alot better job
    It is not so difficult, it just takes time, that is why I used the frozen pizza dough. I also like to dip this in pizza sauce.
