    This was the star at Easter dinner this year. All my kids wanted the recipe. all the flavors blend together to make this dish melt in your mouth. There weren't any left overs to enjoy

    I have really never liked eggplant but this is really good. We eat it all of the time and now have a recipe to hand down to my kids that is more then your everyday food. :-
