    This was overly complicated and did not have great flavor. The onions overpower all the over flavors of the dish. The fresh mozzarella is completely overpowered by the onions. Just make a simple caprese salad -- it will be much better and the wonderful tastes of basil, heirloom tomatoes, and mozzarella won't be masked.
