Delicious but ingredients hard to find. Forget sugarcane swizzle sticks. Used organic pure can sugar instead of Steen's. Apples were mushy and cooked too much. I used Golden Delicious and should of tried Granny Smith's but pears were mushy too. Perhaps I should of put the oven on bake not convection bake...IDK. The one or two pears that weren't over cooked were delicious.

Wonderful & easy. The ham turns out tasty like maple-bacon!

Made this last year for Christmas! Huge success!! Making it again for this year. Couldn't mind sugarcane, but it worked fine just the same!

I prepared this for last year's thanksgiving and Christmas, everyone loved it! I did omit the sugarcane sticks and it still was fantastic!
