Everyone loves this! I use zest instead of peel, 2/3 of the sugar, an immersion blender instead of transferring it to a blender, and don't strain it. I double the recipe and freeze it in bags. Take it out the night before, and serve while still frosty. Add remaining fruit before serving. So refreshing and delicious!

This soup was delicious. It was sweet and tangy, and the combination of the pureed/strained cooked fruit with the fresh fruit was great. It was sweet (but not too sweet and refreshing. My only complaint is with the quantities of orange, lime and lemon peel. I did not see this episode, so the term "2 pieces lemon peel" was hard to quantify! I spent quite a while debating (with myslef how big is a "piece"! I just ended up guessing (using a wedge size as a piece, and the taste of peel in the finished product was a little too strong for my husband, but I liked it. So, if you don't like the taste of peels, you should use very small pieces I guess (or omit them- not sure if the're necessary. The soup tasted great the next day too.
