usually my husband cooks recipes from your site, this time i did..and it was fairly easy; my 2 girls asked for leftovers the next night!!( and they're 5&7!. i definately will make this more often.

this was a tender and flavorful roast once you sliced the meat you did not need a knife to cut into bite size succ ulant morsals just used a fork. This wa not over powering but had a very unique flavor. This would be a wonderful roast to cook in the winter to add all the aromas to your home. Better than baking cookine
