Awesome! Didn't have any teriyaki sauce but it didn't matter - there was so much flavor in this dish . Made for guests - it was an interactive dinner making the gravy was quite time consuming. Will definitely make again. Dinner was a big hit!

This is delicious! Has anyone ever made it in a crockpot? Or made it the day before and re-heated? It's a great meal for guests, but not if you have to slave in the kitchen all evening!

I have made a lot of pork loin recipes and none as wonderful! The gravy is phenominal! I made a few slight changes to my families taste! I Will def make this again and again! My husband LOVED it. I try to never make the same dish twice so he doesnt get board but this one he requested we make again! From someone who loves to cook I give this a 100 Not enough stars to come close

I was too lazy to make the gravy, and it did not even need it. So moist it just fell apart. Yummy!

Made some mashed potatoes and a side of sauteed carrots to go along with it. Paired with some football- made for great eats! Thanks!

I made the gravy with meatloaf and whipped smashed potato's. Yummy is all I have to say, just plain yummy on a brisk Sunday afternoon. The aroma of the gravy fills the house and waters the mouth.

This recipe did take quite a while longer to prepare than it claimed, however, I did have good company sharing some wine in the kitchen during that time so it was a very pleasant experience. The time was well worth it as this was the most tender & tastiest pork roast I have ever prepared.

The vegetables in the gravy were wonderful and the blend of spices were perfect. I can honestly say I have never tasted a better pork roast!

This will be my annual New Year's Day traditional pork roast for years to come!
