This is one of the best Sunday meals I've found. Doing the roast in the dutch oven just makes it a no-brainer and it comes out deliciously tender and flavorful. I usually steam my rice (we're Armenian but I tried Emeril's recipe and we decided it was perfectly fine for a quick rice fix. Thanks, Emeril!

After having friends over nervously I prepared for the first time one of his recipes and it was so easy to follow and it came out mouth watering. All my friends enjoyed it and my son found the roast beef and rice was so great. He asked that I do it again.
