I cannot begin to tell you how delicious these stuffed shells were and my husband was in absolute hog heaven to say the least. There were just a few changes I made: I used only whole milk ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, decreased the amount of onion to only 1 cup and did not add the mozzarella to the shells - just topped the dish with it.. I also used Gia Russa tomato basil sauce (delicious because I'm too lazy to make Emeril's. Do try this recipe - you won't be sorry you did.

I love this recipe, it's simple, quick, and flavorful. My family doesn't like Veal so I substitute cooked Italian Sausage which works just as well!

I loved this recipe. I prepared it yesterday for a Daytona 500 party and it was a big hit! I substituted veal with ground chuck and used Emeril's jar marinara sauce instead of the red sauce in the recipe. It was really tasty and easy. Will certainly make this again.

I have made this recipe several times for visiting friends and family. It is always a big hit with everyone from adults to children. Due to the fact that it is hard to find ground veal in my area, I use ground chuck. I really haven't tasted the difference. I recently made this dish for my girl friend's christmas party at work. I was deluged with recipe requests. Try these, and you won't make them any other way.

My cousin is vegetarian so I made half without the meat for her and she loved it. The rest I put the meat in and it was an instant hit. Really easy to make and it melts in your mouth!
