The Super Stuffed Shells were quite delicious. we had friends who were going through difficult times so we decided to help and make a dish to give them to reheat for dinner. I doubled the recipie making enough for both of our households and plenty of easy to reheat leftovers. They raved about the shells for weeks afterwards.... Great recipe and well worth the time to prepare

A little time consuming, but worth the effort. The recipe yields a good amount, so for just my husband and I, we were able to freeze half and eat it a week later - just as good! Great for non-meat eaters as well - just remove the sausage.

I changed this some, since I had some leftover homemade sauce and wanted to use it up. I made the filling just as the recipe called for, but omitted the veal since the sauce I used had Italian Sausage in it. This has the most amazing flavor inside, with the spinach, garlic, and Essence. Even without the veal I had more than enough filling for twenty shells, and ended up making 25. (I did add a little extra mozzarella, though. This is another delicious dish from Emeril, who has never let me down as of yet!

They are amazing. I had to substitute pork for the veal and it tasted absolutely fabulous. Highly reccommended.
