I made it for my brother and sister in law...it was a hit! My brother is always kidding me about my cooking but he had nothing but good things to say about this recipe. I didn't use the veal, since it's expensive and not necessary for great shells. I loved it! I think I might make it for my roommates birthday coming up.

Absolutely the best stuffed shells I've ever had!! This recipe has an large array of ingredients, all of which blend together amazingly.

I add about 1/4 t. of grated nutmeg - pops the flavor of the spinach & cheese. YUM. Served with Ragu Chunky Garden or Super Mushroom marinara (jarred for an easy, satisfying weeknight meal after work. YUM!

This was one of our favorites at a family gathering where we fixed several pasta dishes. We did use lean ground beef for the meat. I think next time I will use italian sausage and ground beef. We will definitely do this again.

Made this for Father's Day. Only change I made was to replace the ground veal with lean ground meat. Since I made a triple batch and was handing out leftovers, my boyfriend's brother (who refuses to eat leftovers said he'd take some to work the next day!
