This is a great asian dish and is really quite easy, just a lot of little mixing and measuring. My family likes mild but they thought it was a little hot but enjoyed every bit of it and the leftovers... I also love Emeril's "Sweet & Sour Shrimp", the preparation and time to make is exactly the same. So great!

I felt like it needed a little more veggies so I blanched some broccoli and added it before adding the sauce. I was also wondering if I purchased the wrong dried chilis or maybe they needed to cook a little longer... Still this is a great recipe.

Very good chicken dish. Easy to make and relatively quick to prepare.

We loved it...just the right amount of spicyness! We even pulled out the chop sticks. The only thing i would do diffrently next time is, double the sauce!!

This recipe was delicious! I have tried to make Asian-style food before and it has never turned out right, but this was amazing! I had most of the ingredients at home therefore, it wasn't too expensive to make. I will suggest that if you double the recipe don't use two jalapenos if you are sensitive to hot flavors. Highly recommended!!

Oh man, my whole family loved this recipe. It was bordering on being to hot but as my mom say's, "it's a good burn." We didn't have enough chilies so we added another jalapeno. We doubled the recipe and i thought it might be to much but we ate every bit of it. It was quick and easy and is worth trying sometime.

I loved this. Like another reviewer, we lack tasty asian restaurants in our town. This is particularly good. The sesame and cilantro add a nice depth of flavor to the dish. There seems to be some controversy as to how spicy the dish is. If you like really spicy food, then the food is not very spicy. However, if you are like my husband and wild for mild, this will probably be a little spicier than you prefer.

My wife and I thought this was just okay. i was expecting more bold flavors or something like sweet & sour. This is definitely focused on peppers and heat. If I was looking for something to get my spicy fix i would have rated it higher. Just seemed like there was missing something.
