My husband a I thought this was the best sweet and sour pork that we ever had. The leftovers, two days later were just as good, and we have both come to the understanding that this will be a regular dish on our dining room table!

I LOVED this recipe but used only 1/2 of the crushed red pepper and it was still pretty hot. My husband likes it that way so he was happy, but next time I'll probably leave them out all together and let him add it at the table.

Superior flavor - quick and easy to prepare

Took me longer to gather the ingredients than to cook

Used tenderloin coated in corn starch and deep fried in peanut oil. Other than that followed the recipe exactly and it is by far the best sweet and sour we've ever had. Better than any restaurant would serve.

This was the most flavorful dish I have
enjoyed in years! Doing all the prep work ahead of time made making this dish a cinch.

Tastes just as good as take out, but better ingredients and better for you. I used pork tenderloin and only 1/3 cup ketchup.

This was pretty time consuming to make but the flavor was very good. I made the mistake of substituting habenaro flakes for red pepper ( only used 1/2 T so it was much tooooo hot. but I could taste the possibilities :
